Visiting The Stadium

Tier 3 @ Nottingham Greyhound Stadium

As from Friday 30th October Nottinghamshire will be classed as a tier 3 location and additional controls/restrictions will need to be adhered to.

At Nottingham Greyhound Stadium we take the safety of our staff, suppliers and customers very seriously and have implemented the following policies to ensure our events are not only great fun but are also safe.

All visitors to site (suppliers, contractors and customers) must be pre-booked.

  • Suppliers/contractors can do this by contacting the general office on 0115 910 33 33 option 3
  • Customers can do this by contacting the bookings team on 0115 910 33 33 option 2 or booking online at www.nottinghamdogs.com

Contractors must make themselves known on arrival to the general office on the first floor, here you will need to sign in and review our contractors policy.

Suppliers must contact the relevant department and ask about any special measures we have in place for that department. If in doubt contact the general office.

Customers visiting Notingham Greyhound Stadium

When booking you will be told about limits to party sizes and who is allowed to join your party.  In tier 3 your party size must not exceed 6 people and every member of your party must live in the same house or be part of your home's support bubble.  We will ask you to confirm this by giving the Stadium the track and trace details for each member of the party. If this information is proven to be inaccurate your booking will be cancelled and you will not be permitted to enter the Stadium.

Once you have booked you will receive a reservation email that confirms your booking and states what you must do in order to be allowed into the stadium.

The Stadium will then contact you to gain your parties track and trace details. Once this has been done your tickets will be emailed to you to print out or save to a mobile device for scanning by security.

On arrival you will be greeted by our security team, face masks must be worn before you approach the site.  At least 1 member of your party will be asked to sign into the NHS test and trace app using the QR code provided at the turnstiles. All customers temperatures will be taken and anyone who has a temperature exceeding 38 degrees will not be permitted to enter the Stadium and advised to contact NHS 111.

When inside please adhere to our 1 way system and remember to keep at least 2 metres away from members of other parties.  Sanitising stations are located throughout the Stadium and we recommend you wash/sanitise your hands regularly. Once seated at your table, face coverings can be removed and you can enjoy your evening in a safe and secure environment.  We offer full table service for all services, these include food, drinks and betting services and because of this we ask that you remain seated throughout the event.

When you need to leave your seat a face covering must be worn, we ask that movement is kept to a minimum and restricted to toilets breaks only. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the building, a smoking area is provided outside to the rear of the building and we ask that anyone in the area abides by social distancing rules.

When leaving site we ask that you do so in a socially responsable manner and remeber that to operate safely we need the support of all our customers. Please help us to continue to offer great nights out by acting in a responsible manner and by following all guidelines and rules.

We appreciate that these rules are a dramatic change but trust you will adhere to them at all times and hope you understand that they are in place for everyone's safety.

Thank you for your interest in Nottingham Greyhound Stadium and we hope to see you soon.
